Boasting a large master bedroom, modern bathroom, and a well-equipped swish kitchen, Gwaun Cottage is a detached studio style cottage packed with charm and comfortability.

The master bedroom features a double bed with a plush mattress for a good night sleep, along with a beautifully made oak chest of drawers, wardrobe, and bedside tables. In the living room, you’ll find leather sofas, a 43” TV with Amazon Fire Stick, and a log-burner.

The kitchen has green glass splashbacks, adding to the modern feel of the cottage, whilst the stain-glass window highlights the hayloft pulley for a splash of originality. An enclosed patio area for outdoor dining and relaxation is accessible exclusively to residents of Gwaun. Included in your stay, you’ll have access to all of our wonderful onsite facilities. The cottage also benefits from complimentary Wifi.

The property is entered through an enclosed patio area, there are no steps into the property.
Enclosed front patio area measures 960cm x 310cm, and includes a firepit area.
The front entrance door is 83cm, with a threshold of 7cm. All interior doors are 83cm.
As you enter, the kitchen diner area is to your left and the sitting area to the right. Straight ahead is a hall to the bathroom and the double bedroom [all on ground level, no steps throughout].
Tiled flooring throughout, wood flooring in the double bedroom.
All tiled areas have underfloor heating.
The bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle – no grab handles, W.C. and hand wash basin.
Double bedroom has a double bed, with space either side and at the bottom in excess of 1m, a wardrobe, bedside tables and a chest of drawers. Central light with bedside lights.

It is possible to order your groceries and have them delivered to the cottage [ you must be there to accept delivery]
