Towy Holiday Cottage

Towy Cottage is our largest end of terrace property. Sleeping up to six guests, Towy offers a relaxed and welcoming space to call home during your rural retreat.

The cottage comes equipped with 3 well-furnished bedrooms on the first floor, each including comfortable bedding and oak furnishings. There’s also a ground floor shower room with WC and hand basin in addition to a family bathroom on the first floor. The living area of Towy Cottage includes leather sofas and a wood-burner, as well as a 42” TV with Amazon Firestick. You’ll also find a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances as well as complimentary Wifi throughout the cottage.

Relax on the furnished private patio and unwind in the exclusive hot tub - perfect for any time of day. As an added perk, your stay at Towy Cottage includes access to all our wonderful onsite amenities.

Towy Cottage is one of our dog-friendly cottages. Please let us know when booking if you have a dog in tow.

Last, and the largest, of the three terraced properties, Towy is a three bedroom cottage sleeping 6 people.
Level, gravel car parking within 3m of the cottage front door via slate pathway and four stones steps leading down to door.
Outside light.
The front entrance door is 83cm wide with a threshold of no more than 7cm. All interior doors are 83cm.
Entry through the front door leads directly into the dining area. To the right is the downstairs shower room with W.C. and hand wash basin, also to the right as you walk in is the kitchen. The sitting area is to the left of the front door.
Stairs lead up to the bedrooms and bathroom.
The first double bedroom, has a double bed with space in excess of 1m around it, a wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables. Central lighting with bedside lights. Room for a cot.
The twin bedroom has two standard single beds, a wardrobe and dressing table. Central lighting with bedside lights.
The second double bedroom, has a double bed with space in excess of 1m around it, a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables and a juliette balcony. Central lighting with bedside lights. Room for a cot.
The bathroom, has a bath, W.C. and wash basin.
Tiled flooring throughout the living & kitchen area, downstairs shower & W.C. and bathroom, all bedrooms and stairs are carpeted.

It is possible to order your groceries and have them delivered to the cottage [you must be there to accept delivery]
There are communal gardens and lawns with a fenced pond [all children must be supervised], play field, golf driving range and play tower [for under 12’s].

Games Room – Play Area with “play tower” – Football Field – 200 yard Golf Range (open May-September). Outdoor Chess and Table Tennis
Communal – small information studio & BBQ.
